How Booking Works

Coco's Pet Care uses an inquiry-based process rather than instant online booking. You submit a request, and Courtney personally reviews availability and your pet's needs before confirming.

    You fill out the Request Care form with your pet's details, dates, and service needed.

  • 2. Courtney Reviews Your Request

    She checks availability and evaluates your pet's needs, routine and any special care required.

  • 3. Confirmation & Next Steps

    Once details are confirmed (and a meet & greet is scheduled if needed), your booking is set.

Meet & Greets Before You Book

FaceTime and in-person meet-and-greets are available and encouraged for new clients. They help Courtney and your pet get comfortable before care begins. They are not required for every booking, but they're recommended especially for boarding or overnight stays.

Meet-and-greets can be scheduled by reaching out directly.

Pricing at Coco's Pet Care is customized because every pet and situation is different. Cost depends on the pet, number of pets, location, visit length, special or medical needs, schedule, and whether exclusive boarding is required.
